WSB Technologies management holds in the highest regard the relationships forged between our employees, contract staff, our customers, and with our partners and suppliers.  We realize that while technologies will emerge, evolve, and eventually retire, these relationships are the cornerstone of a lasting business.  We encourage our employees to first and foremost "do the right thing" with respect to any interpersonal relationship - including the competition.  Further, we realize that technology and technology management are constantly changing areas and therefore require a constant and unending update of skills.

While we are not actively seeking to add staff at this time we do not want to discourage opening a dialogue between ourselves and potential employees or contract staff.  We have also employed students from colleges in the greater New England area in an internship capacity. Your college placement office can assist in exploring internship opportunities.   One overriding requirement for any person exploring employment opportunities is that any person exploring employment with WSB Technologies NOT be a current employee of a customer. This is also a component of our customer engagement contract terms to help ensure the highest level of ethical conduct with regard to employment and to eliminate a potential conflict of interest.

Typical Positions:

Position: Sales

Description: WSB Technologies has successfully engaged sales staff from salaried employee to commission only models. Those holding sales positions are tasked with establishing and maximizing customer satisfaction with WSB Technologies' engagement deliverables as well as growing our customer base.  We are always open to establishing relationships with seasoned technology sales professionals in the greater Boston and New England territories.

Requirements: Demonstrated sales, customer relationship, and revenue generating skills.  WSB Technologies' sales approach is one of "Counselor Selling" to maximize the return on the customer's investment and to cultivate a long-term and mutually beneficial business relationship.  WSB Technologies sells high-level expertise in technology and technology management as well as contemporary, integrated technology components to our customers. 

Position: Associate Member Technical Staff (MTS)

Description: Provide various levels of expertise to project or support engagements on behalf of WSB Technologies' customers.

Requirements: Depend upon contribution level and assignments.  Typically, the associate level will have a degree in Applied Sciences (e.g. AAS), or a BS with IT or Computer specialty and with some experience with IT or IT operations.  Persons having significant relevant job experience, and including military or industry specific training, may be considered at par with individuals holding relevant degrees (e.g. equivalent experience).


Position: Member/Senior Member Technical Staff (MTS)

Description: Provide design or project planning expertise as well as technical expertise to project or support engagements on behalf of WSB Technologies' customers.

Requirements: An MTS will have achieved a demonstrated level of expertise and training (including relevant degrees) in the areas of advanced IT or IT management, software engineering and process management.  Further, any Senior MTS will also be cognizant of the revenue/financial impact of the work product.  Persons having significant relevant job experience, and including military or industry specific training, may be considered at par with individuals holding relevant degrees (e.g. equivalent experience).
